         One on One Personal Training

One on one clients receive current fitness tests and assessments:

  • Health History

  • Body circumferance measurements

  • Body fat percetage tests

  • Diet analysis

  • Cardiovascular and fitness tests


These tests will be conducted frequently to monitor your progress.

              Bootcamp/Group Training


Bootcamps are a great way to get an intense workout in a short amount of time.  Our bootcamps combine cardiovascular activity with resistance training for a total body work out.  Bootcamps are available as both morning and night classes and are great for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Training


Group training allows friends and family to receive personal training at a discounted rate.  Group training provides a fun way to exercise and ATR will guarantee results and help clients to reach all fitness goals.





                   24/7 Gym Membership


Tired of over-crowded commercial gyms with people watching you work out?


Our private 2,500 sq. ft. facility is open to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Membership is limited to 25 members.  Members are provided with a key pass. Our gym has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.  Treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers, stair steppers, stationary bikes, smith machines, a variety of cybex weight machines, squat racks, cables, seated rows, lat pulldowns, dumbbells ranging from 2 to 120 lbs., and much more.  Our facility also has two locker rooms fully equipped with sinks, bathroom, and shower.  Come on down to take a tour and sign up for your free week trial.
